Returns/Exchanges
We do not currently accept returns unless an item is defective.
Exchanges are based on item availablity. Customer must request an exchange & receive exchange confirmation before returning an item. Exchange requests are accepted within 10 days of arrival. Item must be in unused, unworn, as-you-received-it condition. Item must be shipped back within 7 days of exchange request acceptance & proof of mailing emailed to us using tracked and insured USPS Priority Mail. Item must be shipped with tracking. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees will not be added to the exchange value as they are non-refundable.
Made to order (custom size), sample, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Visa/Mastercard gift cards cannot be refunded back to the card with our system. Please read all details of your pre-paid cards before purchasing. We are not associated with any pre-paid third-party systems.
Shipping
Items are shipped within 1-3 days after payment unless otheriwse noted, like with pre-order items.
We use tracked and insured USPS Priority Mail for all packages, except patches, stickers, and other small, flat items for which we use tracked USPS First-Class Mail.
We are not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees your country may charge. Please be familiar with your country’s policies.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible if your package is marked delivered and is stolen. You must file a claim directly with USPS. Once the package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS, and all claims must be filed through them.
If your package leaves the US border for an international order, you will need to contact your local postal provider or customs office to track or locate your package. Once your package leaves our border it becomes the property and responsibility of your country’s postal provider.
Pre-Orders
Estimated arrival dates for items can be found on the pre-order's product page on our website. While we try to be as accurate as possible with our estimated processing times, various factors may delay production.
If your order has a mix of in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will hold your in-stock item until the pre-order item is ready and then send them together.
